The  Hotels can give special rates for reservations made before June 9 - (Mediterraneo June 30).

In addition, for attendees staying at the Mediterraneo, Alexander and Fleming Hotels, the dinner charge, should they decide to use the hotel restaurant, will be 20 Euro (drinks not included).The Hotel Mediterraneo has garage space available at 10 Euro per night per car.

A shuttle service will be available between the Hotel Mediterraneo and the Telecom Auditorium, if a minimum number of 50 users can be reached. The cost will be 10 Euro per person for the round trip, per day.This service will be available daily, before the start of the morning session and after the end of the afternoon session. Interested parties should notify the Mediterraneo reception, as above.
